"And as I predicted, the rainy weather brought on the bite [Thursday, nymphing]. We guessed that we hooked over 50 fish today." "The fishing has been fair to good this week." Wadeable at 5000 CFS (vs 6000 avg), but be careful.

Wind gone, flows down to 5000 CFS (vs 6000 avg). "Now is the time if you like to wade. It may not get lower than this all winter." Rubberlegs, birds nests.

BWO's with cloudy weather. Rubberlegs, birds nests, micromayflies. Or eggs, with some salmon still around -- best lower down (not posse grounds). "Once the winter salmon start showing up then it will be time to head back up to the Posse Grounds." 7200 CFS (vs 5800 avg).
