5/25 -- POOR

"Fishing okay last night at the bottom of the Catch and Release. Rained last night the creek is pretty dark, 1150cfs, 59 degrees The drakes will still come off but you will have to fish the edges and slow pools."

5/18 -- POOR

Blown out. "1500 cfs @ 10am, High and Brown. Sometimes the drake fishing can be very good in brown high water."

5/10 -- GOOD

"The first of the GREEN DRAKES were spotted at the lower end on Sunday, but the heavy water has stopped them for now. I expect the Drakes to really start this weekend with the warmer weather and lower water." "The creek is down to 830cfs @ 10am and should be fishing well by Saturday afternoon on the lower creek. The color of the water wont matter with the drakes, they will rise to these big duns."

5/4 -- FAIR

"Good news Bad news: Penns got some rain but the creek is pretty brown. It should clear up fast and the weekend looks good"

3/30 -- GOOD

"Penns is in great shape!!! Bugs are hatching and fish are rising a lot! Blue Wing Olives, Blue quills, light hendricksons, quill gordons, red quills, little brown stones and Early black stones." "Flows are very low for this time of year. It is however fishing well despite the low levels."
