7/19 -- FAIR

Some summer steelhead. Down to 800 CFS (from 1200 a week ago, vs. 450 avg). Scheduled for 450 CFS by month-end.

Stabilizing at 1200 CFS for 4 days. Float it. Rainbows, browns, small steelhead.

Between 1200 and 1300 for 4 days now (vs. avg 480). No new reports, though. Should be 450 by 8/1. You can float for occasional brown and small steelies.

Semi-stabilized at 1300 CFS -- scheduled for 450 CFS by 8/1. Floating > wading. Browns, small chromies.

Flows down to 1300 CFS (from 1800 a week ago), scheduled for 450 by 8/1. High but wadeable on fly fishing only section, but better floated. Potential for browns, small steelies.

No reports since 6/22. Dropped to 1850 CFS (like the Klamath) from 2000 last week. Slowly approaching good fishing conditions.

Flows steady just over 2000 CFS, but scheduled to drop starting 6/26 down to 450 CFS (great for fishing) by 8/1. Stay tuned.

Flows steady a hair over 2000 CFS, but no new reports since 6/16 so downgrading a notch.

6/17 -- FAIR

Flows high, hovering just above 2000, should drop to 450 by June 25 -- good for fishing. "Excellent" dry fly fishing on the fly fishing only section, but difficult due to flows.

No new reports. Flows 2000, want "well lower than this". Float it if desperate.

Down to 2500 CFS (best < 2000; scheduled for 6/13). Probably improving, but no real information.

No trout/steelhead reports (probably due to poor conditions), but below's a salmon report if you're interested. Still high at 2500 CFS, but edging closer to the magic 2000 CFS. Hold tight or look elsewhere (e.g., lower sac).

Too high for decent fishing (3040 CFS). Floating only. Best flows are below 2000 CFS -- by around 2000 CFS.

Flows high, more rain past few days, no reports.

5/24 -- POOR

No reports for over a week. Flows are high at 3500 CFS (vs. best fishing below 2000 CFS).

5/20 -- POOR

River's high (3800 CFS) and not many steelhead in the system. If you must fish, float a slow section (don't wade). Best flows below 2000 CFS, but that may not be until July.
