West branch recovering from hurricane more quickly than east at 1400 CFS west (vs 666 avg), though trubid and unwadeable with some algae. Streamers, sulfurs, caddis, olives, isonychia, cahills. East is muddy, debris-ridden and unfishable at 5920 (vs. 292 avg). West branch spiked at 10,000 CFS, east branch at 14,000 at Harvard. Call ahead. Northern Catskills were hit much harder than southern (where Upper Delaware is located).
