Spiked at 3000 CFS tuesday, but now back to 1900, still high. Drakes, caddis, stones, PMD's. Ted Fay feels flows have peaked and "the rapid drop I'm seeing today should open spots up for this coming 4th weekend. " (read below).

Ted Fay: "The Upper Sac has been a sensitive little lady lately." Erratic. Dries can be excellent, but not consistent. Warm days = better evening hatches. Drakes (green, gray), stones (golden, little yellow), caddis. Sounds tasty.

Flows are up and down (though generally high) depending on weather (air temp and precip). Nonetheless, some fishing can be had with heavily weighted nymphs. Sporadic hatches from 10am to 4pm. Stones, mayflies, drakes and caddis.
