Flows up to 1650 CFS (vs 1500 a week ago). Kiene's board: "I was up there yesterday. Fished downstream from the bridge and caught all of my fish in water that I would normally consider a bit thin."
Some fish landed last Friday -- see Kiene's. Flows at 1500 CFS (which is avg), lower than last Friday.
"The Lower Yuba flows are running between 3400 and 3500 cfs as of May 8, 2012. Fishing is slow but beginning to improve." Kiene discussion.
"The Lower Yuba flows are running between 3400 and 3500 cfs as of May 8, 2012. Fishing is slow but beginning to improve."
No new reports. Close to blown at 6000 CFS. Last communication 4/29: "I will miss the Yuba these next couple weeks."
Blown -- flows now up to 13,000 CFS and rising... (vs 3800 Wednedsay). Before this occured: "finally fishable again. ...fish were super hungry yesterday. A nice mix of March Brown nymphs and eggs hooked a ton of fish. The dry fly fishing is going to be good once the water clears. With the amount of March Browns out there right now there is going to be some great dry fly fishing once the fish can see the bugs better."

A few days old, but: "It's changed from brown to murky green in about 4 days. Don't get me wrong this is an improvement. In some places there was clarity of 2 to 2 1/2'. So it's actually fishable if you pick your spots. It all about edges." See video of flows. Flows down to 2600 CFS (which is normal).
