"...some small fish were still being caught between Parks Bar and take out Sycamore Ranch, or upstream from the mouth." Upper section (above bridge) is open. 650 CFS (vs 900 avg).

The section above the 20 bridge is now open again, with wadeable flows at 650 CFS (vs 850 avg). There are reports of some reports of some stoneflies hatching. BWO's are present on cloudy days.

"Good time to start working Skawala nymphs and egg patterns through the runs and riffles." Caddis, mayfly nymphs, rubberlegs. Steelhead on streamers and rubberlegs, best in lower river. Very wadeable at 600-650 CFS (vs 640 avg).

750 CFS for 5 days (vs 650 avg). No new reports.
750 CFS (vs 700 avg). Flucuated between 600 and 900 over last week. No new reports, thus downgrade -- weather steady but flows not. Call ahead.
Steelhead and trout. Eggs, rubberlegs, caddis, mayfly nymphs. Steelhead streamers. 750 CFS (vs 710 avg), some fluctuations.
